City Boat Dock/Kayak Launch Now Open

AMDD is proud to announce that the Anahuac Boat Dock/Kayak Launch is now open to the public for their use and enjoyment. There has already been a noticeable increase in the use of the lake by fishermen as well as pleasure boating. A Grand Opening of the completed project will be announced in the near future. AMDD would like to thank Richard & Tracy Lasater, the City of Anahuac , Chambers-Liberty Counties Navigation District, Chambers County Parks & Recreation, Road & Bridge & Trustee Program, and Text Dot for their help in making this project come to fruition.
